ABOUT US

The name Mika is a blend of "Mi" from Mia, my daughter and co-founder, and "Ka" from Kath—me, the founder. In Japanese, Mika also means "beautiful", reflecting our commitment to both aesthetics and sustainability.

We are a Melbourne family that lives in the green wedge, and we are passionate about the environment for future generations to come.

At Mika Creations, we design stylish, sustainable alternatives to conventional nylon packing accessories. Our range of eco-friendly packing cubes, bags, and pouches is crafted from natural fibres like Juco (a jute and cotton blend) and hemp—materials that are durable, functional, and kind to the planet.

Ethically produced in India, every Mika Creations piece helps travellers stay organised, reduce their environmental footprint, and embrace sustainable fabrics—all without compromising on style or quality.
